Angela Baldanza of New Canaan’s Baldanza restaurant began her career journey in fashion, a field equally as fast paced and trendy as today’s food scene. Join her for a talk at New Canaan Library on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 6 p.m. in the Adrian Lamb Room. Register online at newcanaanlibrary.org.
Baldanza will speak about her life’s career choices, what brought her from fashion to food, and some of her experiences with Food Network, including winning Food Network’s Cooks vs Cons ‘Tis the Seasoning competition. She will prepare a healthy beet salad, share the recipe, and invite attendees to sample the results. Following her talk, she will have a Q&A session.
