Christian Wolfgruber, a New Canaan High School graduate, and Jessica Queiros are engaged to be married next year.
Linda Wolfgruber of Wilton and Kurt Wolfgruber of New York City announce the engagement of their son, Christian Kurt, to Jessica Queiros, daughter of Armenio and Celia Queiros of Wilton.
Mr. Wolfgruber graduated from New Canaan High School in 2002. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Claremont McKenna College in 2006 and received his master’s degree, magna cum laude, from Manhattanville College in 2011, specializing in elementary special education. He is teaching at Parkway Elementary School in Greenwich.
Ms. Queiros received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in Spanish, at Sacred Heart University in 2007, followed by a master’s degree in education in 2009. She has been teaching at K.T. Murphy Elementary School in Stamford for the past three years and was awarded a Spotlight in Teaching award this past spring.
Mr. Wolfgruber and Ms. Queiros live in Stamford. A seaside wedding is planned for the spring of 2014 in Newport, R.I.
