Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Cross of New Canaan, announce the engagement of their daughter, Carolyn Bankston Cross, to Michael Patrick Carroll, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Carroll of Auburn Hills, Mich.
Miss Cross, a 2001 graduate of New Canaan High School, graduated from Princeton University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in history, and received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. She is employed as an investment analyst at The Vanguard Group in Malvern, Pa.
Mr. Carroll graduated from the University of Michigan in 2006, with a bachelor’s of business degree, and also received an MBA from Wharton in 2012. He is employed as an investment professional at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners in West Conshohocken, Pa.
A June 2014 wedding is planned in New Canaan.
