Stephen M. Monroe, a longtime New Canaan resident and editor of The SeniorCare Investor newsletter — seniorcareinvestor.com — which he has written for 25 years, has won the American Society of Health Care Publication Editors Gold Award for his blog on the senior care market. This is the third time his blog has won the top award.
The blog incorporates video interviews with key industry leaders from around the country, as well as the weekly video, “60 Seconds with Steve,” which appears every Wednesday when he discusses various topics important to the seniors housing and care investment market.
“I am honored to win this award again and want to thank everyone at Irving Levin Associates for their help, as well as all the industry leaders who agree to be interviewed,” Monroe said.
The SeniorCare Investor has won the gold award from ASHPE for best newsletter in three of the past five years, “a feat not accomplished by any other newsletter,” according to a release.
