The United Methodist Church of New Canaan recently welcomed Matt Hubbard as its associate pastor.
Hubbard is not a new face around the Methodist Church. He accepted the associate pastor position after spending the last three years as a Youth Coordinator.
This spring, he earned his Masters of Divinity degree with emphasis on biblical studies, theology, and social justice from Drew University in Madison, N.J., where he served as president of the Theological Student Association in 2016.
In his new role, Hubbard’s primary responsibility is ministry to young adults and youth.
