St. Mark’s Church to host author of ‘A Dangerous Dozen’

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church on Oenoke Ridge in New Canaan will host a conversation with The Rev. Canon Chuck Robertson, PhD Sunday, March 26 at 9 a.m. The public is invited.

He is Canon to the Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church, a Fellow of the Episcopal Church Foundation, and was recently appointed Distinguished Visiting Professor at the General Theological Seminary. His latest book is A Dangerous Dozen: 12 Christians Who Threatened the Status Quo but Taught us to Live Like Jesus.

Dr. Robertson has also worked extensively with the Dept. of Education, the White House, and Hollywood studios, and guilds as Executive Director of Film Clips, Inc. Dr. Robertson serves on several national boards and has published many books and articles, including the recent Transforming Stewardship and Jesus and Paul: Global Perspectives, as well as Conversations with Scripture: The Acts of the Apostles.
