Jacquelynn Rose Aldrich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Aldrich of New Canaan, and Pablo Nicolas Di Leo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ubaldo Di Leo of Buenos Aires, Argentina, were married Nov. 18, 2016.
The nuptial Mass was held at Saint Aloysius Roman Catholic Church and concelebrated by the pastor, Msgr. William Scheyd, Fr. Cyrus Bartolome, and retired U.S. Air Force Chaplain, Father Joseph Lugo.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sisters, Mrs. Carrie Maliszewski and Mrs. Maria Van Scoy; her cousin, Caitlin Cribbin; her niece, Nina Maliszewski; Mrs. Kristin Aldrich, sister-in-law of the bride; and the groom’s sister, Maria Victoria Di Leo.
The groomsmen were Lucas Di Leo, brother of the groom; Thomas and John Aldrich, brothers of the bride; Thomas, Sean, and Robert Cribbin, cousins of the bride; and Kyle Aldrich, nephew of the bride.
The bride graduated from New Canaan High School in 2008 and the University of Mary Washington in 2012, earning a bachelor’s degree in modern foreign languages. She has been employed by various private corporations and schools in Buenos Aires for the past three years.
Mr. Di Leo is a graduate of Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia. Following the ceremony, the couple returned to Argentina but expect to relocate and establish permanent residency in the United States within the next year.
