Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, announced that Diane Mickley, MD, has joined the Eating Disorders Treatment Program as a consultant.
Mickley is an internationally recognized eating disorders expert and the founder and director of the Wilkins Center for Eating Disorders in Greenwich. She has served as president of the American Anorexia and Bulimia Association and also the National Eating Disorders Association and has received numerous awards for her work in the field. Mickley is currently a member of the North American Association of Obesity and the Society for Adolescent Medicine. She is a founding fellow of the Academy of Eating Disorders. Dr. Mickley is assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine and emeritus staff at Greenwich Hospital.
