New Canaan Library’s annual Conversations with Business Leaders lecture hosts some of the business world’s most successful, knowledgeable and dynamic individuals. The tradition continues with this year’s guest speaker, Bob Lord.
On Sunday, June 12, all are welcome at the library for a lecture by Lord, a top executive in the technology and advertising industries who most recently has taken the role of Chief Digital Officer for IBM. The event will be held at 4 p.m. in the library’s Adrian Lamb Room, preceded by a light reception at 3:30 p.m. Seating is limited and registration is required, online at newcanaanlibrary.org.
Lord is the co-author of the book Converge: Transforming Business at the Intersection of Marketing and Technology, which discusses how technology, media, and creativity are uniting and how this shift is revolutionizing marketing and business strategy. He was a TED contributor from 2007-2016 and has served on many executive boards over the years. He lives in New Canaan with his wife and children.
