Bankwell announced that Shawn Gelin has been promoted to first vice president of deposit operations. Gelin has managed Bankwell’s deposit operations department since joining the firm in 2002. She has played a major role in the success of multiple mergers, acquisitions and product launches.
A longtime resident of Norwalk, Gelin has more than 24 years of experience as a senior operations manager in the financial services industry.
