Matrimonial lawyers add partner

Two attorneys who have represented dozens of New Canaan residents in family law and matrimonial matters over the past two decades, Frederic J. Siegel and George A. Reilly, have joined with Ross M. Kaufman to establish Siegel, Reilly & Kaufman as a boutique family and matrimonial law firm serving New Canaan and all of Fairfield County.

Reilly has been active in nonprofit organizations serving New Canaan as a board member of Family Centers, a board member of Norwalk Community College Foundation, and as trustee and board president of King School.

Siegel, a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the preeminent national association of matrimonial attorneys, and Reilly, who has been designated a Super Lawyer since 2007 by the legal publisher Thomson Reuters, have combined experience of more than 60 years in family law practice. Kaufman, adds more than a decade of experience to the firm; he has been designated a Super Lawyers Rising Star and serves as co-chairman of the Family Law Section and an officer of the Fairfield County Bar Association.

Siegel, Reilly & Kaufman, represents clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, support, modification and enforcement, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. They have protected their clients’ rights in cases involving complex compensation issues, high-net worth individuals, substance abuse, physical and emotional abuse and mental health issues.
