Law and Order has been restored to Christopher Meloni’s recent real estate transactions.
The actor just sold his 60th floor apartment with Central Park views for $8.1 million, according to the New York Post, making a tidy $2.5 million profit. He bought the 3,000-sq-ft. unit at the Park Imperial, located at 230 W. 56th St., in 2006.
Last year Meloni and his wife sold their 14-room New Canaan home, at 982 Oenoke Ridge, for about what they paid, roughly $4.3 million. They only owned it for a year or so.
